0x01 - Preparation

Set your intention 5 mins in breath and relaxation.
Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose. Keep your shoulders relaxed. Exhale slowly through your mouth.
Practice 4-7-8 Breathing: Breathing in for 4 seconds, holding the breath for 7 seconds, and exhaling for 8 seconds.
Find a quite place to meditate.
Listen to the pure theta binaral beat.

In terms of binaural beats, Theta waves have a frequency difference of 4-7hz between the left and right panning of the audio file. As human hearing cannot reach below 20Hz (infra sound), we create two different frequencies between the two ears. For example, left ear 162.5Hz and right ear 168Hz. Thus we make a binaural beat of 5.5Hz.
